Real Madrid continued the strong start in La Liga with the next victory. This time the victim was Valencia of José Bordalás. In Mestalla Real Madrid did not play an easy game at all. Valencia was very strong and opposed the gameplay of Madridistas quite well. In fact, they were the first to have the advantage and Real Madrid managed to turn everything upside down only in the last few minutes. The goals were all scored in the second half but however the first half was as entertaining as the second one even why no goals were scored.

Ancelotti's team remains unbeaten this season but had to come from behind at Mestalla to move top of LaLiga. Vinicius Jr. and Benzema were crucial players in this victory. The Brazilian equalised in the 86th minute after an assist from the Frenchman before Benzema netted the winner two minutes later after a pass by the Brazilian in a fast-pace and entertaining encounter. The game got more open as the minutes passed and was quite entertaining to watch with lots of chances from both sides, many shots on and off goal and of course too much combat which produced about 30 fouls throughout the game.

A high press was employed by Valencia from the off as they looked to prevent Real Madrid from playing out. The first big chance of the game came inside the home-team's penalty area after Valverde's cross with ten minutes on the clock, but Mamardashvili came and claimed the delivery. Real Madrid came close again soon after as Casemiro's well- struck shot from the edge of the area was blocked by the Georgian keeper after 31 minutes. The home side had the last chance of the half thanks to a Wass free-kick in the 43rd minute which Gabriel Paulista headed goal bound but Courtois did well to keep the ball out.

The goals all came following the break, and almost straight from kick-off, Valencia had forced Courtois into another superb stop, this time in a one-on-one with Hugo Duro. Five minutes later, Guedes had a fine chance from inside the box which flew just wide of the target. From that point, the game changed and Real Madrid began to dominate, looking dangerous around the opposition area, but Valencia went ahead on 66’ through Hugo Duro’s powerful left-footed drive across goal.

It was time to make a comeback, and so Ancelotti brought on Rodrygo and Camavinga for Casemiro and Modrić. The leveller came close on 68’ from the boots of Benzema, but his shot after a lovely move ended up in Mamardashvili’s gloves. Five minutes later, Lucas Vázquez crossed but Rodrygo’s volley from inside the box couldn’t find the target. With 78 minutes gone, Jović and Isco came on in place of Valverde and Hazard. It took just eight further minutes for the equaliser to arrive.

Benzema had his back to goal and laid the ball off to Vinicius Jr., whose right-footed effort crashes off Foulquier and into the back of the net. The Real Madrid reaction wasn’t about to stop there though, and it was once again Vinicius Jr. and Benzema at the centre of the action. This time, the Brazilian turned provider, crossing for the Frenchman, who nipped in to beat the goalkeeper and complete the comeback which sends Real Madrid top of the table. Both of them continue to prove the great moment they are having. It seems like Real Madrid has properly completed the offensive department and it seems like very reliable one.
